Starlet Eyeshadow is a raspberry pigment with a soft pearl pink iridescent finish. This shade is creamy and smooth to the touch. This shade is ideal for applying on the crease line, dusting on the eyelids and cheeks. Apply wet on the eyelids for a high shine effect. Our formula contains vitamins C and E that hydrate and protect the eyelids.
